On a pro bono basis, Jensen Phelan Law Firm represented the Estate of a murder victim who sadly left two children behind. Her husband is currently facing criminal charges, alleging that he buried his wife alive. In order to protect the family assets and prevent them from being used for defense costs, Jensen Phelan Law Firm filed a lawsuit on behalf of the mother’s Estate and obtained a $5 million judgment, inclusive of $2.5 million for punitive damages. All of the family’s assets were transferred to the surviving children.
