First of all, I want to thank you and your law firm for your help in settling this case. The last fifteen months would have been even more unbearable if it had not been for your caring and compassionate attitude concerning the death of my parents.
You were always able to find a way to go over or around any barriers that were put in front of you, in your quest for a fair settlement in this case.
Telling you that I felt comfortable with you from the first time we spoke would be an understatement. Upon meeting you, I felt as ease and appreciated your professionalism and explanation of what was to come ahead. I truly felt that I met, and made, a new friend.
Chris, I want you to know that if any of your future clients would like to speak to me about how you handled this case, I will be more than happy to do so. My feeling is that I had the best representation possible. You kept me informed much more than I expected as the case progressed, and you always explained all options clearly.
My emotions keep setting in, even as I write this letter to you… as it is still so hard for me to accept the way the lives of my parents were taken away from our family. Dad was a “one of a kind” proud U.S. Marine who served proudly on Iwo Jima in WWII. It was Dad’s Company that put the U.S. Flag up… as seen in that famous picture we all know so well.
In closing, I would like to say that my father was always my hero. I know that if he were alive, he would salute you and say to you, “job well done, Chris”. Thank you very much for everything you and the Jensen Law Firm have accomplished in this case. Chris, you are so much more than a great attorney, and I say that with all sincerity. I hope that we will get together sometime in the near future.
